Spread the love

It is with a heavy heart that we remember Joanne Beazley, a remarkable woman who left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. Jo was a wonderful friend to all who knew her and had an unwavering commitment to helping others. She was a beacon of light, offering support whenever it was needed, and always going above and beyond to make a difference in people’s lives. Her generous heart and selfless nature touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Joanne Beazley was a devoted mother, a loving and caring woman who adored her four children more than anything else in the world. Her children—Keira, aged 16, Leyah, aged 14, Corey, aged 10, and Kacey, aged 7—were her greatest joy in life. She was completely dedicated to their happiness and well-being. She often spoke of her deep love for them, and they were the center of her world. The bond she shared with her children was unbreakable, and they were her motivation in everything she did.

Jo was also passionate about children, particularly those with special needs. She once shared with me that if her health had allowed, she would have loved to work with autistic children. Her heart for kids was evident in her actions—she spent countless hours caring for others’ children, always providing a safe space where they could play, learn, and feel loved. I remember how my own child, who adored Jo and her children, never wanted to come home after spending time with her. Jo’s warmth and kindness created an environment where children felt cherished, and she was an unwavering support to those in her life.

Despite being registered as disabled, Jo never let her circumstances define her. She lived life to the fullest, showing a resilience and strength that was inspiring to everyone who knew her. Jo was fun, loving, and funny, and her laughter was absolutely contagious. Even though life presented her with challenges, she never complained. She faced her battles with dignity and grace, always persevering and doing her best. Her determination and positive outlook on life were a testament to her character, and she became a source of inspiration to everyone around her. No matter the difficulty, Jo always found a way to push forward.

Tragically, Jo’s life came to an end far too soon. On April 17, 2025, at the age of 42, she passed away unexpectedly. The loss of Jo has left her family, friends, and all who knew her in complete shock and devastation. Her untimely death has left a gaping hole in the hearts of her loved ones, and her absence is felt deeply by those who were closest to her.

In the wake of this devastating loss, I felt compelled to create a GoFundMe page in Jo’s memory. This page is dedicated to raising funds to help cover some of the costs associated with her funeral and to provide her children with a special holiday in honor of their mother. Jo had always planned to take her children on a holiday to a caravan in October, something she had dreamed of for a long time. Sadly, due to her declining health, she never had the chance to book the trip before her passing. Corey, one of Jo’s children, recently shared with me, “My mum was going to take us on holiday this October to the caravan,” a statement that left me heartbroken. Jo had always wanted to give her children this experience, but now, in the wake of her passing, we hope to make that dream a reality for them in her memory.

The funds raised through this GoFundMe page will be used to cover funeral expenses and support Jo’s children during this difficult time. Jo’s mother, who is now the primary caregiver for her grandchildren, will receive the donations to help with the financial responsibilities associated with raising the children in the wake of this loss. The goal is to provide the children with an opportunity to find joy in the midst of their grief, to give them a chance to experience the holiday that their mother had planned for them, and to give them a chance to create new memories together in her honor.

This fundraising effort is a way for all of us to show our love and support for Jo’s family during this incredibly painful time. No donation is too small, and every contribution will help make a meaningful difference in the lives of her children. It’s a way for us to give back to a woman who gave so much of herself to others. By coming together as a community, we can help provide some light in the darkness and show Jo’s children that they are not alone as they navigate this difficult journey.

The loss of Jo is a tragedy, and it has left many people grieving. But it is also a reminder of the importance of cherishing the moments we have with those we love. Jo’s life was a beautiful testament to the power of love, kindness, and resilience. She may no longer be with us, but her spirit lives on in the memories of all who knew her, in the laughter of her children, and in the legacy of love she leaves behind.

As we come together to honor Jo’s memory, we also reflect on the profound impact she had on everyone who knew her. Her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten, and her love for her family and children will continue to inspire those who knew her. Through this fundraiser, we hope to give Jo’s children the chance to experience some joy in their sorrow, to help them create memories that will carry their mother’s love with them for the rest of their lives.

Please consider donating to this cause in Jo’s memory. Your support will provide much-needed assistance to her family during this difficult time. Whether through a financial contribution or by sharing this page with others, your generosity will help make a difference in the lives of her children, allowing them to honor their mother’s legacy and carry forward her spirit of love and resilience.

Thank you for taking the time to read Jo’s story and for considering supporting her family during this time of immense loss. Your kindness and support are deeply appreciated, and they will make a lasting impact on Jo’s children as they navigate the difficult road ahead. Let’s come together and help keep Jo’s memory alive, ensuring that her legacy of love and kindness continues to inspire all who knew her. Rest in peace, Jo. You will always be remembered.
